Sometimes you find yourself having to write things that you never, ever expected to have a reason to write. Like the phrase above, which my beloved and I wrote in the "personal property request" line of an offer on a house. Which was accepted. Which has us thrilled. Which means that we are not only the kind of people who write "instant hot water dispenser in wet bar sink," we are also the kind of people who own an instant hot water dispenser in a wet bar sink. Or, will soon. Pending inspection, appraisal, and all that other good stuff.

As far as having the house hunt (hopefully) completed? All we can say to that is: PHEW!
