The first actual snow day since I came to Illinois and I'm missing it? No fair!
I think you should sit around in your PJs, drink Hot Chocolate, and have an "honorary snow day" being you are missing it.

I used to love snow days when I was a grad student at UConn, but they were few and far between. It wasn't that we didn't have a lot of snow--we did. But the Univ rarely closed. We'd get emails stating that "although we are experiencing inclement weather and driving is hazardous, the UConn campus remains open . . . ."

No fair, indeed! Ben was bummed - not because of the snow, but because internet service was sporadic at best and he couldn't do as much as he wanted to, homework-wise.
